Enjoy a moment to ask any questions about scheduling a Reiki session, what to expect from the session, and any other questions and concerns you may have. It is a space to prepare yourself for your future booking of a Reiki session or to get a better feel if Reiki is for you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking/Cancellation Policy: I understand that I can book an appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled time and cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a partial refund. Sacred Willow Reiki Healing will retain a $25.00 admin fee for cancellation. I also understand that if I cancel my appointment within the 24 hours before the scheduled time, I will not receive a refund. I understand that I can request a reschedule, but if a date and time cannot be confirmed, no refund will be issued. If Sacred Willow Reiki Healing cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued to participants if rescheduling is not possible.
